3.1 Closing an Account
Users may request to close their account at any time. However, all pending bets must be settled and any withdrawable funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:
- Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform
- Attempting to steal another user's information or engage in fraud
- Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games
- Claiming the same promotion or bonus across multiple accounts
- Taking any action that weakens the security of an account
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit amount on bb44 is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank).

5 Bonuses and Promotions
New members on bb44 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning that to withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
For example: if a user deposits ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus is added, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering must be completed.
5.1 Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account
- After claiming a bonus, direct withdrawal is not permitted — completing the wagering requirement is mandatory
- bb44 reserves the right to end any promotion or change its terms at any time
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled
- Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed
5.2 VIP Program
bb44's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold (based on the week's net losses). Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's regular participation and activity.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules
All gaming and betting activity on bb44 is conducted transparently. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer, and cannot be manipulated by any party.
Once a bet is confirmed in sports betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, an exception may be considered if a technical error on bb44's part is proven.
